Returns

30-Day Return Window: Unopened seed packets may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Brief description of the issue

We'll provide return instructions and shipping details if needed.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

Replacement requests are processed as new orders and typically ship within two days, with delivery in 5-10 business days.
